Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in PUDONG, the newly developed side of Shanghai, offering great convenience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though slightly darker than desired. The service, while friendly, may encounter language limitations, and waiting times can be lengthy. The dining experience is varied, offering both Chinese and international options, but some staff struggle with English communication. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a good overall experience though not without minor shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. While the rooms were big and comfortable with a huge bed that I loved, I encountered small gnat-like bugs in the room which was not pleasant. The price was the same for different rooms, but the quality varied significantly. The service, though polite, had some communication issues and long wait times for transportation. The location was excellent for accessing the business district but had issues with fleas. The dining experience was decent with a good selection of both western and eastern dishes. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with nice bathrooms at a reasonable price but may lack in quality dining options. The service is accommodating and language-friendly, perfect for business travelers. The location is convenient with access to nearby attractions, but be cautious with credit card charges.
The hotel rooms were well-organized and spacious but had dim lighting. It was reasonably priced, not exceeding CNY400, providing good value for money. The service was generally polite and responsive, with staff speaking fair English. The hotel is located in Pudong, the newly developed side of Shanghai, close to convenient subway access, although some improvements are needed. The dining options offered a nice combination of international and traditional Chinese breakfast, with room for improvement in adding olive oil for frying. Overall, the facilities were modern and accommodating.
I stayed at the hotel for 6 days in room 1025 and found it clean and spacious. The turndown service in the evening was a nice touch, making my stay comfortable. The location was convenient to the congress center in Lujiazui and my office, although the trustworthiness of some aspects was questionable. The dining options were diverse and rich, offering a good selection of both Western and Eastern cuisines. I appreciated the vegetarian food choices. The hotel staff understood English well, especially at night, but there seemed to be a problem with the HQ staff. The facilities were up to standard, and I particularly liked that the hotel was near the Century Avenue Metro station.
